Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar – Spiritual Welcome

Upon arrival at Amritsar Airport or Railway Station, you will be received and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, begin your journey with a visit to the sacred Golden Temple, where you can experience the divine atmosphere and peaceful surroundings of the holy Sarovar. Later, visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historic memorial that tells the story of India’s freedom struggle. In the evening, proceed to Wagah Border to witness the energetic Retreat Ceremony. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Amritsar Heritage & Drive to Dalhousie

After breakfast, visit Partition Museum, which presents powerful stories from the time of India’s partition. You may also explore local bazaars for traditional Punjabi items. Later, proceed by road to Dalhousie, a charming hill station known for its colonial-era architecture and scenic beauty. The drive offers beautiful views of hills and valleys. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 3: Dalhousie & Khajjiar Excursion

After breakfast, explore Dalhousie’s scenic attractions including Panchpula, known for its waterfalls and serene surroundings. Visit St. John’s Church, one of the oldest churches in the region. Later, proceed to Khajjiar, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India,” surrounded by dense forests and green meadows. Enjoy leisure time in the open grasslands and optional adventure activities. Return to Dalhousie for overnight stay.

Day 4: Dalhousie to Amritsar – Leisure Evening

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Amritsar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. The evening is free for leisure, café visits, or revisiting the Golden Temple to witness its beautiful night illumination. You can also explore Hall Bazaar for last-minute shopping. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, carrying memorable experiences from Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
