Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar – Local Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Amritsar Railway Station or Airport, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in and some rest, you will begin your exploration of this historic and spiritual city. Visit the iconic Golden Temple, the holiest shrine of Sikhism. Spend peaceful time around the Sarovar and experience the divine atmosphere inside the sanctum. Later, visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historic public garden that stands as a memorial to the martyrs of 1919. In the evening, proceed to Wagah Border to witness the famous Retreat Ceremony between India and Pakistan, a patriotic and energetic experience. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 2: Heritage & Cultural Tour of Amritsar

After breakfast, head out to explore the cultural landmarks of the city. Visit the majestic Akal Takht, located within the Golden Temple complex, which represents the temporal authority of Sikhism. Later, explore Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum, which showcases artifacts and history related to the great Sikh ruler. After breakfast, proceed for a half-day excursion to Tarn Taran Sahib, home to a historic Gurudwara built by Guru Arjan Dev Ji and known for having one of the largest Sarovars in Punjab. Spend time exploring the serene surroundings and understanding the spiritual significance of the site. Later, visit Pul Kanjari, a historical site built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh, once used as a resting place during his travels. Return to Amritsar by afternoon. The rest of the day is free for leisure, café hopping, or revisiting the Golden Temple for night illumination. Overnight stay at the hotel.
