Day 1: Arrival in Kochi + Fort Kochi Evening
Arrive at Kochi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to your hotel for check-in and refreshment. In the evening, head towards Fort Kochi to experience Kerala’s heritage coastal side. Walk around the waterfront near the Chinese Fishing Nets and Fort Kochi Beach, explore the old lanes with cafés and handicraft stores, and enjoy the calm sea breeze before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kochi.
Day 2: Kochi to Munnar (Hill Drive + Waterfalls + Tea Gardens)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Munnar through scenic mountain roads. En route, stop at waterfalls and viewpoint stretches where the landscape changes from towns to forests and then into tea plantations. Once you reach Munnar, check in to the hotel and rest. In the late evening, you can go for a short local walk around nearby tea garden viewpoints or market areas for tea, spices, and chocolates. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing (Top Viewpoints + Dam + Nature Spots)
Post breakfast, start your Munnar local sightseeing. Visit Mattupetty Dam for lake views and optional boating, then proceed to Echo Point and Kundala Lake for panoramic scenery and photo stops. If the day is clear, the valley views feel wide and cinematic. Later, visit tea estate viewpoints and spend time in calm plantation surroundings before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 4: Munnar to Alleppey (Backwater Houseboat Stay)
After breakfast, check out and drive down to Alleppey for a classic Kerala backwater experience. By noon, check in to your private houseboat and begin cruising through canals, village stretches, coconut groves, and wide backwater lakes. Lunch is served onboard, followed by tea/snacks as the houseboat continues its relaxed route. In the evening, the houseboat anchors in a quiet backwater location for a peaceful sunset and overnight stay. Dinner is served onboard. Overnight on the houseboat.
Day 5: Alleppey to Kochi Departure
After breakfast onboard, check out from the houseboat and proceed to Kochi for drop at the airport/railway station. If time allows, you can do quick shopping for Kerala spices, banana chips, and local souvenirs before departure. Tour ends with drop.
